I built this because men deserve straight answers and plain pricing the system never offered them.

Good Guy Rx exists because I have lived the years where the body asks for more stewardship than you knew it would. I have been tested. I have been rebuilt. I have learned that decline is not inevitable — it is a thousand small surrenders.

When I looked at how men were paying for these medications — the price hikes, the dose-increase fees, the membership traps — I was through with it. So we built this differently.Your price never goes up. No hidden fees. No tricks. No “loyalty programs” designed to lock you in.

Take the two-minute visit. A licensed provider reviews every case and decides what, if anything, may be appropriate. If a treatment is not the right path, they will tell you — and it costs you nothing.

FAQs

Questions? We’ve got answers.

Everything you need to know about Good Guy Rx, GLP-1 medications, and getting started.

You take a 60-second online health questionnaire. Through the Good Guy Rx platform, eligible patients connect with independent U.S.-licensed providers for evaluation. If prescribed, medication fulfillment is handled by an independent, state-licensed pharmacy and ships in discreet packaging — usually within 3–5 business days. Your provider stays with you through the Patient Portal for check-ins, dose adjustments, and questions. No waiting rooms, no office visits, no insurance headaches.

No insurance required. Plans start at $135/month on the annual plan ($179 monthly, $160/month average on the quarterly plan), and your monthly price stays the same. Pricing is all-inclusive: medication, syringes, alcohol pads, shipping, and unlimited messaging with your provider. HSA/FSA cards accepted, with Affirm, Klarna, and Afterpay available to split payments over time.

Ozempic®, Wegovy®, Mounjaro®, and Zepbound® are FDA-approved brand-name medications manufactured by Novo Nordisk and Eli Lilly. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are different products — prepared by independent, U.S. state-licensed compounding pharmacies. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed by the FDA for safety, efficacy, or quality. They are not the same as, interchangeable with, or substitutes for FDA-approved branded products. An independent licensed provider determines what, if anything, may be appropriate for eligible patients.

Some patients notice reduced appetite and less "food noise" within the first 1–2 weeks. Clinical trial data from FDA-approved branded medications (SURMOUNT for tirzepatide, STEP for semaglutide) applies only to the FDA-approved branded products studied and does not apply to compounded formulations. Individual results depend on dose, adherence, lifestyle, and medical history, and are determined in consultation with an independent licensed provider. Results may vary.

GLP-1 medications have an extensive safety record, but like all prescription medications they carry risks including nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, constipation, and rare but serious events like pancreatitis, gallbladder disease, and thyroid C-cell tumors (contraindicated if you or a family member has medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2). Your provider reviews your full medical history before prescribing and monitors you throughout. Read our full Important Safety Information page for detailed warnings, contraindications, and side effects for every treatment we offer.

Yes — pause, skip, or cancel anytime in your Patient Portal. No long-term commitments, no cancellation fees, no hidden charges. If you’re not feeling right on your current treatment, message your provider through the portal and they’ll help you adjust or switch.
