Cancellation Policy

Overview
Good Guy Rx connects you to independent licensed providers and independent state-licensed pharmacies through a subscription model that automatically renews at the billing interval you select. You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date, and your cancellation takes effect at the end of your then-current billing cycle. There are no cancellation fees.
This Cancellation Policy is part of our Terms of Service and works alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy. By starting a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.
How to cancel
You may cancel your Good Guy Rx subscription using any of the methods below:
- Sign in to your patient portal at my.goodguyrx.com and use the Manage Subscription panel.
- Email our care team at hello@goodguyrx.com with the subject line "Cancel my subscription" and the email address on file.
- Message the Good Guy Rx assistant from the chat widget on any page of the site and request cancellation. The assistant will route you to a human team member who will confirm.
Cancellation requests are processed within one (1) business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your subscription has been cancelled.
When cancellation takes effect
To stop the next renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. The renewal date is shown in your patient portal and in your order confirmation emails.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before renewal, your next billing cycle may still process. In that case, you will receive your next shipment as scheduled and the subscription will end after that cycle. We do not pro-rate or refund partial billing cycles.
What happens after you cancel
- You will not be charged again after the end of your current billing cycle.
- Any shipments already paid for will still be delivered.
- Your prescription remains valid for refills as authorized by your provider until it expires; cancellation of the subscription does not automatically void the prescription.
- You retain access to your patient portal and your medical records.
- You can resume service at any time by signing back in and starting a new subscription. A new medical evaluation may be required if too much time has passed.
No cancellation fees
There are no cancellation fees, no early-termination fees, no "membership exit" fees, and no penalties for cancelling. We do not operate "loyalty lock-in" programs. Your pricing is shown upfront and stays where you start.
Cancellation by Good Guy Rx
Good Guy Rx and the independent licensed providers who prescribe through our platform reserve the right to discontinue service to any patient if it is determined that treatment is no longer medically appropriate, if the patient is non-compliant with provider directions, or if abuse of the service is detected. In any such case, you will be notified by email and any unfulfilled portion of your most recent payment will be refunded to the original payment method.
