Everything you need to know about Vitamin B12 — how it works, what to expect, and how to get started with a licensed provider.

Important safety information

Men with confirmed or suspected B12 deficiency, vegetarians/vegans, men over 50 (B12 absorption declines with age), and men with chronic fatigue, mood changes, memory issues, or peripheral numbness. A provider will review labs if needed.

Intramuscular or subcutaneous injection in the upper arm or thigh. Frequency depends on your starting level and goal — typically weekly initially, then less frequent maintenance.

B12 itself does not directly cause weight loss. It can improve energy in deficient individuals, which makes movement, training, and dietary discipline easier — but the medication is not a weight-loss drug.

Monthly plans are billed and shipped monthly. Quarterly plans are billed and shipped every 3 months. 6-month plans are billed every 6 months and shipped quarterly (2 shipments per billing cycle). Annual plans are billed once per year and shipped quarterly (4 shipments total). Every plan is paid upfront for its term.
